Creating, designing and developing eleven digital magazines and all the online newspapers of the Grupo Zeta: Man, PC Plus, Playstation2, Primera Línea, Super Auto, Super Juegos Xtreme, Autohebdo Sport , Todo Rallyes, Viajar, Woman, You, El Periódico de Aragón, El Periódico de Catalunya (castellano y catalan), Ciudad de Alcoy, Diario Córdoba, El Periòdic d'Andorra, El Periódico Extremadura, La Voz de Asturias, El Periódico Mediterráneo, Equipo and Sport.
There was no homogeneity among the magazines and newspapers of the Grupo Zeta, as they had completely different structures and no synergy in the creation of contents. Only 20% of the magazines of the group had an online version, but low-trafficked.
Secuoyas launched a strategic consultancy to improve the online presence of all the digital magazines and newspapers of the group, which meant considering the basis of new future developments.
The solution became a reality with two measures: homogenizing the structure of all the periodicals, regardless of their importance and of their audience, and increasing the presence of the brand Grupo Zeta among the online periodicals.
The advertising space was unified in all the magazines, with a view to raising the advertising incomes via a multichannel offer which allowed the management of advertising from an only platform or ad server.
Another remarkable aspect was the commitment for the strengthening of the crossed traffic among periodicals, as well as the optimization of the contents of these for the main search engines, which would mean a notorious increase in the number of new readers.
